Returned items must be:

• Unworn and Unused

• In original condition

  We reserve the right to make deductions or refuse returns where items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them. We may request supporting information, including photographs, where reasonably required to assess a return. 9. Product-Specific Returns Fashion Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Déjà Vu Returns are accepted for store credit only, reflecting the one-of-a-kind nature of these items. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods. All orders are dispatched from the UK using tracked services via Royal Mail.

Tracked 24 For: £5.70 or £8.25 for multiple products.
